Child Safety Standards Policy

At LiveEnsure/FourSure Inc., we are committed to upholding the highest standards of child safety across all our products and services. We take our responsibility seriously in preventing the exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of minors on our platform. This policy outlines our approach to safeguarding children, our compliance with applicable laws, and the resources available for reporting concerns.


Our Standards for Child Safety


We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that involves or promotes Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This includes, but is not limited to, images, videos, text, links, or any other media that depict, suggest, or imply exploitation or abuse of minors, regardless of the legal status in any jurisdiction.


All users must adhere to our Terms of Use, which incorporate zero tolerance for child endangerment or grooming behaviors. Accounts found in violation will be suspended and reported to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other law enforcement agencies as required.


Legal Compliance


Our platform complies with all relevant child safety and data protection laws, including but not limited to:

    •    The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States

    •    The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC)

    •    The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provisions for children

    •    Applicable local or regional child protection mandates

We also cooperate fully with law enforcement in the investigation and prosecution of any attempt to exploit or endanger a child through our services.


Reporting and Feedback


We encourage all users to report any suspicious activity, content, or behavior that may endanger a child. A dedicated feedback and reporting mechanism is available in-app via the Help & Safety section or by visiting:  https://www.foursure.com/child-safety


Submissions through this channel are reviewed promptly by our safety team and, when appropriate, escalated to law enforcement or specialized child protection organizations.
